Anne Petroskey is a spiritual teacher, author, and workshop leader who specializes in helping people learn to trust and follow their intuition to find genuine, lasting peace. While some refer to Anne's intuitive skills as 'psychic,' she prefers to use the term 'intuitive,' as this represents a natural ability that we all have. One common question that clients have is whether Anne can predict the future. Anne describes the process of 'glimpsing possible futures' in this way:

"It is important to first understand that your future is not predetermined. You have many possible futures, and you are the author and creator of which future you bring about. Most psychics, when asking to ‘glimpse’ your future, are seeing only one possible future: the most likely future if you remain on the path that you are currently on. When I ask to glimpse the future, I always ask to see several possibilities. I will always be shown which possibility is the most likely future (if you remain on your current path), then I ask to see alternate futures that may be more desirable for you. I then ask for guidance as to how you can bring about the future that is most desirable for you.

It is a common misconception that people believe their future is predetermined, and that having the ability to know their future in advance will somehow better prepare them for it. In fact, it is just the opposite. If a psychic predicts a possible future for you, and you take the prediction to heart, you are likely to bring this particular future about as a self-fulfilling prophecy, not because it is predetermined.

I specialize in helping my clients to glimpse several different variations of possible futures, then give them guidance on how they can best create the future they most desire."
